Carbon Molecular Sieve
CMT Carbon
molecular sieve is a material containing tiny pores of a precise and uniform
size that is used as an adsorbent for gases. When the pressure is high enough,
the oxygen molecules, which pass through the pores of CMS much faster than the
nitrogen molecules, are adsorbed, while the coming out nitrogen molecules will
be enriched in gas phase. The enriched oxygen air, adsorbed by the CMS, will be
released by reducing the pressure. Then the CMS is regenerated and ready for
another cycle of producing nitrogen-enriched air.
The
following product range are available:
- CMTc-CMS-180
- CMTc-CMS-200
- CMTc-CMS-220
- CMTc-CMS-240
- CMTc-CMS-GXN
CMS-200:
high
production efficiency, specially for the production of less than 99,5% nitrogen
purity. It is largely used for large-scale nitrogen production equipment.
CMS-220:
high
gas production efficiency, low loss, especially for nitrogen purity between
99,5% - 99,9%. It is largely used for large-scale nitrogen production equipment
utilised in coalmines, ships, oil storage and transportation.
CMS-240:
high
gas production efficiency, low loss, especially for nitrogen purity higher than
99,9%. It is largely used for large-scale nitrogen production equipment
utilised for high-end electronics, shipbuilding, oil storage, etc.
CMS-GXN: Main
characteristics is designed according to the extraction of high purity nitrogen
from the air, directly from through the PSA unit, as high as 9,9995%. Not
suitable for under 99,9% nitrogen equipment.
Significant features of the
product are on production of high purity nitrogen and high recovery rate where
advantages are more evident. Suitable for precision instrument, biological
science and other application, where high nitrogen purity is required
